How can I delete my template on Release Product ?

I already create my template on release product. How can I delete it ?

You can maintain them from Common > Setup > Record templates

Hi,

I already delete all templates on Record templates. But It is still on release product

Do you know the form my template? I try to using Alt +F9 But It doesn't work

Then go to user options -> usage data and check there

record templates are of 2 types (personal and shared)

possible you delete your personal ones while shared one still are there

What do you have under record template there? It's on your picture, but not selected.

Hi Phong,

For personal template, please navigate to user options > usage data > record templates to remove.

For shared templates, please go to common > setup > record templates to delete.
