Does anybody have experience configuring the Omnichannel Chat function for several languages ?

Do you Create a Channel for each language, or what would you suggest?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Dorthe

You're able to set up pre-survey questions, eg language, and based on that, route the query to a specific queue.

That would probably be the simplest way to handle things.

Thanks for the input, I will look into it.
