Ok sir thank you so much for the information
Hi,
Seems you are using dynamics CRM on premises so you may go to the database and compare two record which is showing and which is not showing , something you may get missing there .
Hope this helps to identify the issue.
Good Luck.
Thanks for that information, i check on the entity ---> Views but the condition is all correct and also on all view's but i cant find those information on that data in the entity. My system is, I turn the crm into a Patient Medication System, and on the patient i set 1 section for the activities and on the activities i can fiend those case and 1 of the case on 1 person was lost.
Hi Kael,
Could you please check following -
1) View condition by going to settings --> Customization-->Entity ---> Views , may be the condition you put does not match for lost record .
2) Assigned security role whether you have Read access level - is organization level for that entity.
3) Column of the view , may be some business required field data is missing or update from backed, so you need to reduce minimum column in the view.
4) Need to check record status Active or inactive however this is depends on view.
Hope this helps.
