259Good afternoon all,
D365 using ISH KB articles, i have noted that we can determine what field on CRM side it searches for to bring back KB articles so case title, but I assumed that the keywords was what brought back the related articles? It seems not. it seems to search the article title, keywords and the content section of the article, why would you bother with keywords if it looks through all the areas across the article so for example. i have an article with title test and keywords boo, it i have test in my case title it returns this article shouldnt it only return it based on the keywords?
Last question what is the point of internal versus external articles when you cannot see this on the case KB search control??? perhaps I am mis understanding this part?
is best practice not to embed images into the KB content or should it be URL the the images which are loaded on client website?
looking forward to some insights on this one
