I am logged in as the Domain Administrator who is also setup in MR as administrator.
Any other suggestions?

Is the account you are logging into MR with an administrator in MR?
Butch, I am using the Data Mart. This is an FRx Upgrade. I get an error that says "You don't have access to this company." What do I do with this error if I can't change the credentials?
The Credentials box is always grayed out when you are using the Data Mart setup. You do not need it in this case.
If you are using the Legacy connection, then you may not have permission to the company if you are seeing it grayed out.
