Branch/Industry in Leads equal to Branch/Industry in Company Data

Hello

I tried to configure my new Microsoft CRM Online system. In die company data entity I entered some branches/industries. Now I want to use the same branches/industries for the leads. I was wondering how I could integrate this data in the lead entity "industries".

Sorry...but I'm a beginner.

    The field Industry code is allready created on both entities (Accounts and Leads).

    The industry code is even set up so if you convert a lead to an account, the value of industry code will be inherited to the account.

    Thanks very much for answering my question.

    The fields are in both entities but the data in the fields are different. I added some branches in the industry / account entity but in the industry / lead entity the microsoft example branches are listed.

    My plan was to report the industries/branches in leads and accounts.

    Should I insert the branches manually?

    Yes. And you have to make sure that the picklist values are the same in both entities.
