Workflow error :cannot be found in the assignee’s language or default language fo legal entity.
I had this error multiple times and it was always due to difference language between the user setting and the workflow itself. So the language setting of the user(s) need to the same as the language setting in the workflow, or its translations.
I would suggest to prove the following.
1. Check the language on the Submission instructions
2. Check the language on the workflow step(s) - Work item setup and work item instructions
I only have one step here, but you may have multiple.
3. Check your Workflow verision
When you save and close the workflow, the standard behaviour is "Keep the previous version activated", that is overseen by some - happened to me as well :)
You can check here if the latest version is active or not.
4. Check the users language from here. If the user have check it, double check it. They may do it in the wrong environment.
Kind regards, Adis
