Workflow error :cannot be found in the assignee’s language or default language fo legal entity.

Hi,
I'm facing a error after submitting the workflow as : "Stopped (error): X++ Exception: The text associated with this work item cannot be found in the assignee’s language, or in the default language for the system or legal entity. The workflow has stopped processing because of this error. Contact your system administrator for assistance"

1)I have checked the language for user in: user options > Preferences > Language : set to en-us.


2)I have also checked the legal entity Language : set to en-us.

3) I have also checked the workflow set up, the default is also en-us.


What am I missing here?

    If possible, try recalling the workflow and then resubmitting it. Since you have already verified that the language setup is correct and complete, the issue might not be with the user language preferences.

    Another area to check is the Work item subject and Work item instructions in the workflow configuration. Are you entering any custom text there? If so, try removing the existing text, rewriting it manually, and saving the workflow configuration again.

    After that, recall the workflow and resubmit the document to see if the error clears.

    I tried resuming the workflow for the failed one and it is still showing the same error.

    But I just created a new record in my form and submitted the workflow and for the new record the error is not occuring and I'm able to approve.

    Not sure what changed. Now i'm able to approve it for new record.

    The system parameters language is set to en-us as well
