We have on premise environment for one client where we have CRM 365 with IFD architecture. We are able to access CRM internally on laptop. The network or wifi connection which we are using does not have access to internet. When we browse CRM through mobile app, we are getting error :Your server is not available or does not support this application.
My question is Does access to internet is required if we want to use CRM app for mobile or app PC. Or we can run it on the network which have access to intranet only. Is internet necessory for mobile or pc app.
