Hello, I have a user that tries to print PDF or paper within the GP environment, he gets an error and the program completely crashes out. Unfortunately the error cannot provide much detailed information. The printers are a Brother HL-2360, and a Canon Coper Image Runner-Advance
If you are using Named Printers, please refresh the printer IDs. It is possible that a driver update has made the binary data installed invalid.

I would also test with the original version of the report if printing a modified version.

David
Hello!
You may want to try recreating the Reports.dic.
learn.microsoft.com/.../how-to-re-create-the-reports-dot-dic-file
Is that a manual rebuild, or does the system auto-rebuild the file when it discovers it missing. My apologies I'm a bit of a rookie admin.
It gives you instructions on the page linked. You basically have everyone out of GP, rename or move the Reports.dic, log into GP which creates a new Reports.dic and go to Report Writer, and import the reports from the old dictionary into the new one.
