Sales Tax sweep

Hello!

We are attempting our first sales tax sweep in AX.   When we run the periodic sales tax option to create our payables, it is zero-ing out our accrued sales tax and not creating a payables voucher.   This worked before Go Live so I'm trying to figure out what setup has been changed.  What setup am I missing?  

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Probably you did setup a vendor account before on the Tax Authority. This might be empty now.

    Hello!   I did check this and the vendor is populated ok.    I  compared my pre-Go Live reports with today's report and see a difference in how the sales tax code is being pulled in.  I checked those as well and they are still ok.   I would be very grateful for any more suggestions.  Thank you!

    One more question for you.  We did uncheck the box for "Apply US Taxation Rules".  Could this be causing my issue?

    Hi J.Saine,

    Please check the sales tax settlement periods and whether the settlement is blocked and/or has already been done before.

    If you have not changed the US-Taxrule Parameter and provided that it worked before, this Parameter should not influence the settlement process. It might, however, worth testing.

    Can you also share how you started the settlement process; that is, what parameters have been selected when running the process.

    Make sure you verify all settings between the two environments. In a separate environment you might test out different settings.

    I want to thank everyone for your responses!  (I apologize for the lack of response, I was out of the office for a couple of days).  I've done all that was suggested but have not had a good result.   I have reached out to Microsoft Support.  As soon as the issue is resolved, I'll post the answer.   Until then........
