    Hello keke,

Is it possible that you post a screenshots of what you currently get and what you expect exactly? Is it just a breakdown by fixed asset number or something more/else? Ludwig

    Example:

The Report Shows all Entries but we want to see only the entries from 01.01.16 to 31.12.16

    Hi KEKE,

    Please try the following:

When you open the report there is a selection button available that shows you the query that is used for this report. You need to extend this query by the fixed asset table, making a right click and then select through the 1:n relationship the fixed asset transaction table. Once you have found this one, you can specify an additional filter criteria that says ...'only include the transactions from 1 Jan - 31 December. If you run the report with those filters, you should get the expected result.

Would be great if you could test this and let us know the outcome.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello KEKE,

I tried to replicate the error you run into and got something similar.

However, applying the following filter worked for me.

Can you check if this filter works out for you?

    Best regards,

    Hi Keke,

Can you identify the 'value model by fixed asset table' if you select the n:1 relationship. Not sure if I chose this one or the 1:n relationship. Please try the also the other relationship type. The important thing is that you get link to the value model.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi KEKE,

    Is there anything else open?

If this is not the case then it would be great if you could verify the answer to get this thread closed.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
