CRM 2015 Probability

We have Dynamic CRM ver 2015, we are trying to set-up the probability rating but I cannot find were to set it up

In the Opportunity summary it not showing, no drop down box, the only mention of probability is in the opportunity list but the colum is empty.

We would like to simply write a percentage, nothing else, no weighted average or automated business process, just write a percentage.

Thanks

The Probably field is not on the Opportunity form by default - you will need to click the ... on the command bar and click 'Edit Form' you can then drag the 'Probability' field onto the form and save and publish.

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

Thanks Scott, the problem is I have no '' edit form'' in the drop down command, I have edit process but not edit form.

I read a lot of post about this, but they mostly talk about older version but in the 2015 version, I cannot find it

Only an Admin or a Customizer can make those edits, what is your CRM role?

If you do not have the edit form link - then you will need to contact your system administrator to get the form field added in.

Follow-up question from Albanel's back in the summer.  Having added the probability fields to our opportunities, I'd like to make it a forced drop-down where only 4-5 values are 'selectable' with a short description of each (ie. 25% Sales Qualified), but cannot figure out how to convert this free-form field into a drop down option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks in advance!

    Dave
