I noticed that when you create a new Meeting in CRM (by populating the Required or Optional Attendee fields)and sync it with Outlook, it sets the default "Show As:" to Tentative. Whereas when you create an Appointment directly in CRM and sync it, it shows as Busy. This is a bit strange as if you assign Appointments via workflow they show up in people's calendars as Tentative and can be a bit confusing. Is there a way to set the Default for all Appointments and Meetings as Busy?
