In Companies, we can see all the companies we have created. how can we hide those companies we have created but now defunct?

Hi Community,

I would like to find out in Companies, we can see all the companies we have created. how can we hide those companies we have created but now defunct,

so that when user choose the companies in the filter, they will not see them.

At the same time, we do not want to delete them.

Josh,

The only way in NAV to hide or restrict access is on the User Permission page. You would exclude the Company from the Users Company permissions. Note that you cannot enter <>Company Name to exclude from a large list. You will need to add the companies they will have access to and not the one you do not want them to have access to.

Hi Josh,

One way you hide the companies from the user by not assigning them on user permission page, only give permission for those companies which are required, also you can remove permission to see the Company list.
