We have a process where we send emails for several contacts in one run via custom trigger. The customer trigger is triggered per contact and triggers a real time journey within which the emails are sent.
Under the delivery and interaction details, I then see all contacts that have run in the step.
Here we would like to have the possibility to group the details to see from which execution/run the contact came.
The best way would be to group by an attibute from the trigger.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Our workaround would be to create a new Customer Journey each time. We would like to avoid this.
