User exported records from CRM to send to mailing service company for recurring mailing. Outlook won't send because attached spreadsheet exceeded limit. I checked file size, and it's about 70,000 KB. In the past, Preview Print would include the blank records, so we would end up with hundreds of pages. Select the 1st blank row, then Shift + Page Down several times, and hit Delete. I think I went past 10,000th row.
70,000 KB file went down to less than 200K file.
