Dynamics 365 Online - 550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected. - Sending Email from Workflow - Server Side

Hello ! 

Anyone experience a failure regarding the send email from Dynamics (Through) a workflow ? As soon as the email is send form Dynamics, I have a denied email message in Outlook... 

The error is "Remote Server returned '550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected. For more information please go to go.microsoft.com/fwlink'"

When I try to resend the email from this mailbox mnually, it's working !

Can you help me on this ?

    Hi,

    Do you integrate Dynamics 365 with Exchange Online? If so, the possible reason could be that,

    Hi Judy,

    We have licences for Dynamics 365 and Exchange, and I "simply" configured a conenction between the two application throught the server side synchronisation.

    Whan I am sending an email from Outlook (OWA), it's working nicely but from Dynamics, I have this message.

    Hi,

    Do you change your email integration method to "Server-side sync" in Dynamics 365 email settings for your mailbox and generally setting in Dynamics 365.

    Hello,

    In fact, I created a new support ticket from Office 365 adminisration portal.

    My email adress was (during a few days) in the Anti-Spam list. Automatically, the email adress was removed from it. :)

    I advice to create a support ticket if anyone has this kind of case.
