    Hello JA,

Currently we cannot upload Route version through open in excel option. But we can upload through DMF. There is a dedicated entity named Route version. You can export latest version and enter the required route version details and import again. Pls follow below steps.

Step1:  Navigate to System Administrations > Workspaces > Data management and choose Export option.

Step2: Click on Export. Add latest version of Route version entity and export to excel file.

Step3: Enter the route version details in excel template.

Step4: Import the excel through Import option on Data management.

Hope this will clarify your doubts.

Issue is also when uploaded, you probably need to approve and activate it also.
You can however do so by using PowerAutomate and calling the functional class. :)

    Hi @Admin wcs,

To upload Route versions with Open Excel, Try to work with this feature (I'm not sure that you can publish the data) but it can works

Step 1: Navigate to Common>Common>Office integration> Excel Workbook designer then search for Route version as mentioned in this figure below

Step 2 : Select and Add the fields which you want in the box (Selected field)
Step 3 : Click on Create workbook => an Excel file will be uploadet

Step 4 : Navigate to Common>Comon>Office integration>Document templates and then click on create a new document template and then upload the file as shown

    Hope that's helpful for you.
