PTO Manager not calculating maximum hours

GP 2013 SP2 12.00.1538 (SP2)

Fixed Anytime Maximums are set, and they aren’t working.

The example from PTO Detail Inquiry shows an adjustment to a maximum of 144 hours on 6/20/14.

The accruals on 7/3/14 and 7/18/14 should not have accrued beyond 144 hours, but have continued to accrue 5.54 hours per pay period to a total of 155.08 instead of remaining maximized at 144 hours. This is happening to all employees who all use the same kinds of Schedules and Fixed Anytime Maximums. There are no KB or Forum articles on this issue. Is this a known problem? Is there a way to recalculate or reconcile without processing another payroll?

Did you find a resolution for this?  I am doing testing to see if PTO manager is right for us and it seems to be doing the same thing you are describing.

I can't recall the issue.  Without the attached screen shots, I don't know how to recreate the issue.
