Help with how to show all customer email adresses

As the subject says we need som help with how to show all the email adresses on the customers.

i´ve never used dynamics before starting new my new job about two weeks ago and now i need to try to get this information in some way.

I´ve tried in -all customers show the email adresses but it´s just the primary email that is showing. (dynamics is in swedish unfortunately)

Also tried a lot of google but because i´m not so experienced with dynamic the answers is not helping.

Is there a easy way to get all the information about customers?

Is there a way that a newbie like me with your help can make this happen??

I´m not looking for a way to contact customers but a way to get all the information about customers and all the email addresses...

Its order confirmation. The problem is that there is several email addresses and one of them is the order confirmation. If i click (under accounts receivable - reports) there is one for customer. The problem is that in this report it only shows the primary email contact.. we need all the email addresses for customers. It´s quite common for customers to have one email for invoce, one for po, one for order confirmation etc.

Hi Tobias,

Sorry, seems that I got you wrong.

Do you make use of different purposes for the email addresses that you have available for your customers?

If so, then you might have a search / filter criteria.

Might still might some modification though.

I do not know if there is a structure that fully meets your request.

It's not exactly what you want but you can have a look at DirPartyContactInfoView.

You can also find mail addresses with the dirparty class or using the (dirpartyTable / LogisticsElectronicAddress) tables, but you need to develop anyway.

Yes there is different purpose for the email addresses. One is for order confirmation but that one is´nt the primary address.

Tried with different search/filter criteria. The problem is that the filter/search criteria only works on primary email address....

hmm.. seems like there is no easy way to do this without developing. I tried to make a query in AOT but i dont have visual studio on my computer so i cant make the query usable....

Hi Tobias,

Have a chat with a developer.

They can quickly have a deeper look and assess whether or not an adjustment is needed.

Yeah, sadly I don’t think you can do it without creating a custom query in the AOT (back to the advice of others to speak with a developer). Then referencing this in document sources; you can use OData.

Below will point you in the right direction on the relationships.
