How can I fix this issue? Just find out that if the email message without attachment we can successful set regarding.
But if we work on the email message have 3 PDF attachment size within 3 MB we are getting this error.

Add the Activity Feeds role to the user can fix the problem even the user have system administrator right

Hi,
it seems that you lack some priviledges permission to attach documents to your email. It should something like this post: social.microsoft.com/.../crm-2011-how-to-remove-a-users-ability-to-attach-files
