I want to populate the Case custom date & time field with latest Case Resolution Entity record "created on" value, some times case is resolved and then reactivated and then resolved i always want the custom date& time field value with recent Case Resolution Entity "created on" value.
I second the earlier comment, workflow or plugin would probably be your best options.

Option 1 - Create New Field(Custom Field) in the Case Entity.
and using Javascript Set the Value for that Field when Case Status Updated as "Resolved"
Option 2 - Create New Field(Custom Field) in the Case Entity.
Create a New Workflow/Plugin for Filter Field. and Update the Date when Case Status Updated "Resolved".
