Could not find the self-hosted integration runtime.

I am trying to setup a sample GP to BC migration. I have installed the Self-Hosted Integration Runtime. It is up an running and connected to the cloud. I go into Assisted Setup and start the Cloud Migration wizard. I enter the connection string and the integration runtime name and when I click next the wizard comes back with "Could not find the self-hosted integration runtime" message. I am sitting in the SHIR and I can run diagnostics and all checks out. What can I do to get past this?

Hello,

We did hear about this and one of the possible reasons was that the machine from where this is running from ran out of memory and other attempts results in that error. Do you see same symptoms here?

I believe we do have to reset the record at our side to allow this to run again, so best would be to raise a support call so we can have a look at our end if we need to assist at our side.
