20I would like to grant users the role of Viewer within Management Reporter, but still have the capability to Print and Export reports, which is a Generator function. The only way that I have determined to do this is to assign each user with the role of Generator, and then remove the Report Designer shortcut and executable file so that they cannot make changes to the reports.
Would this be the correct method to do what I need to accomplish? Does this have any license repercussions? Is there another method to set this up?
