Marketing List does not show when adding members

Hi-

I'm unable to add members to an existing Marketing List which is not locked. When I select a group of members from a Contacts page; then I click on " Add to Marketing List" in the top ribbon. This opens a sidebar to lookup the name of the Marketing List desired; but my needed Marketing List doesn't appear in this list(?) but all other Marketing Lists do appear.

I've used this same approach last week and it worked with no problem. Any ideas what would cause this software behavior?

Can you please provide a screenshot of the form of that Marketing List?

Hi partner,

Please follow these steps.

1. Check if the marketing list is deactiaved.

2. Open the marketing list and add members, check if you can add contacts.

3. In the sidebar of lookup marketing list, click Change View, switch to another view, check if you can see the needed marketing list.

4. Check if the owner of marketing list was been changed, which may cause you to not have access to this marketing list.

The action of adding member to marketing list is handled in backend ( not real time but backend). if the issue is still there,you can raise a support ticket to Microsoft support to check if something wrong happened in the backend.

Marketing List which is not locked is a Dynamic Marketing List.

When you click on "Add to Marketing List" button from the command bar. The sidebar is expected to load only Static Marketing List records because Static marketing list is meant to add members manually.

Dynamic Marketing List (not locked) is created by associating a user query i.e generated FetchXML. When you are selecting contacts under Contacts View that mean contacts are being added manually.
