Hello All,

I have got an issue while importing organization .

1. Microsoft reporting extension must be installed on the sql server reporting services reports to work.

Trial :- I have installed the same from the microsoft url.

But after doing all this the same error is coming.

There is a big difference.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Report authoring extension is an extension for SSDT that allows to use FetchXml as a datasource for report.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extension is an extension that sits on top of SQL Reporting Services and allows CRM to co-work with Reporting Services in most efficient way.

That's weird. I'm afraid you will have to get in touch with Microsoft Support and open a ticket to troubleshoot your issue.

Hello Andrii, using services.msc and restarted all the services from there.

after doing all this also restarted the windows server .

doing all this still the same error.

what could be the resolution for this.

I have restarted the server itself.

i mean windows server,

Apart from this is there any other way to restart sql server.

Have you restarted SQL server after installation?
