CRM To Jira?

Hello,

Is there a way to interlink CRM to Jira so that we can use CRM to interface with our clients and then escalate to Jira (our engineers) while transferring over the information from CRM to Jira?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Dana

    Not sure there are any pre-built connectors. You have may to use the CRM SDK to connect to the available Jira APIs with a custom written application.

    Here is a Plugin that could also be used for this purpose:

    marketplace.atlassian.com/.../com.obss.plugin.crm-plugin

    Yes, it is pretty simple to interlink MS Dynamics CRM with JIRA. Check out the plugin that can integrate both.

    Sure, the best way I have seen is one we (Go2Group) have made.  2 way integration, creates updates, many to many issues, etc.  between JIRA and MS Dynamics.  See:

    www.go2group.com/.../crm-plugin

    And see marketplace.atlassian.com/.../com.atlassian.jira.plugin.customfield.crm

    Our Go2Group CRM plugin, also refereed to as the salesforce plugin, supports not only salesforce, but this same binary also supportsMS Dynamics and SugarCRM right out of the box and is fairly easy to install and configure and our support is pretty good.

    We have over 400 active users of  this solution.

    Hi.

    I'd like to confirm that this plugin is not supported for CRM Online.

    Thanks,

    The Go2Group CRM Plugin does support the the on-premise version of Microsoft CRM.  It does not support the online version yet.

    The Microsoft online version does not have the same API capability as the on-premise version.

    We creating a different interface for the online version, which we started but not completed.

    The complexity is not due to the different APIs, but that the online version's functionality is more limited than the on-premise version. Meaning the end product will be more limited.

    The API/functionality difference between online and on-premise versions of products is not uncommon.  Atlassian's Cloud version of JIRA has this issue as well.

    If you have specific use cases, we would be interested to review them.  You can reach us a products@go2group.com

    resurrecting an old post hoping for assistance;

    I need to send an email to a user if there is a sales order processing ORDER where the same item number is used more than once on the ORDER (as the third party shipping software can only accommodate unique item numbers).

    Business alerts can do the email part.  I have the sql;

    select sop10200.SOPNUMBE, sop10200.ITEMNMBR, count(sop10200.ITEMNMBR)

    from sop10200, SOP10100

    where sop10200.SOPNUMBE = SOP10100.SOPNUMBE

    and sop10200. SOPTYPE = SOP10100. SOPTYPE

    and SOP10100.SOPTYPE = 2

    and SOP10100.VOIDSTTS=0 -- Assume that VOIDSTTS=0 means Normal

    group by sop10200.SOPNUMBE, sop10200.ITEMNMBR

    having count(sop10200.ITEMNMBR)>1

    But translating that to business alerts as;

    SOP10100_T2.SOPTYPE  = 2
    and   SOP10100_T2.VOIDSTTS = 0 -- Assume that VOIDSTTS=0 means Normal
     AND    COUNT(SOP10200_T1.ITEMNMBR)   > 1

    gets me all the orders with more than one line item.

    My sql person tells me that leaving out the group by causes the business alert not to work.  Group by does not seem to work in the business alert.  Can anyone help with an alternate t-SQL, or the correct translation for this one?

    thanks!
