When a registration fails from the event registration portal it create a record in the Recovery item tab on the event entity. This is new capability introduce where MS Dynamics Marketing makes you aware of records that fail when you have customisations involved in the event registration from the portal.
What I have noticed is until you resolve the record that has failed by deleting or fixing the record all client registrations on the portal fail. Has anyone else experienced this and how do you allow registrations from clients to continue whilst you have a record in the Recovery Item that needs to be resolved?
