Sales Tax Italy report error TaxBaseAmount

Hi,

i have a problem with Sales Tax Italy report that show wrong TaxBaseAmount.

ledger transactions and taxtrans are correct.

The problem is only in the report.

Hello Enrico,

In order to help you with that we would need additional information on your sales tax setup.

Can you provide us more information on that and also let us know if this is the first time you experienced this problem - for example after an upgrade?!

Hi Ludwig,

the setup of sales tax (of the highlighted example)

Recently we installed the KB of Italian Einvoice but it add a part to generate xml files and don't post nothing in AX, so i don't know if it is related with this error.

Hello Enrico,

I had a look at LCS and found a couple of hotfixes that are related to the Italian E-Invoice functionality.

Here are just some of the hotfixes I would like to ask you to check - maybe with the help of a developer - to see whether they fix the issue you have:

KB 4485060[Italy] E-Invoice has missing information for cash discount

KB 4471264[Italy] AX2012R3 E-Invoice the description should be mandatory before the posting validation

KB 4345914[Italy] AX2012 R3 E-Invoice does not handle the <ScontoMaggiorazione> in case of discount

KB 3218271[Italy] AX2012 R3 Error when printing the Italian fiscal journal in batch mode

There are a couple of additional hotfixes available for Italy - even for the latest CU13 that you run.

In case you cannot find something and if you see the same problem in a different test/demo environment, please open a new support case with MS to get this fixed.

Would be great if you can keep us informed / updated here.

Thanks Ludwig but these hotfiex regards error in the einvoice.

My issue is in the Sales tax report (Italy) that is another topic.

Hello Enrico,

There are a couple of additional Italian specific hotfixes available.

I could not copy and paste all of them and would like to ask you to take a look at LCS yourself because you know your version and already installed fixes best.

If you can't find something there, contact the MS support directly.
