Dear Support,
We purchase a Single User RMS 2.0 License in 2009.
Unfortunately last month the PC it was installed in had a hard drive crash.
Hard drive was replaced and windows xp and RMs re-installed, now we need to reactivate
the Key for POS to continue working as it is now requesting for the activation Key.
How do we go about re-activating?
I will appreciate timely assistance on this.
