Hi,
Having an issue with trying to set up server side sync. We previously were using the Email Router with our Exchange on-premise setup but had migrate to Microsoft 365. I followed the following
GUIDE and was able to get to the Email Server Profile testing: as shown:

However, when I try to test a mailbox I get the following error:

Please keep in mind the tenant ID shown on the Email Profile is the same one that was provided via the Powershell command and was confirmed via the 365 admin page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
