If we have different publishers in prod environment is it going to cause any issues while pushing enhancements.
Please let me know if you guys have any information.
Is there any way to change solution publisher.

Hi Ayesha,
There will be no impact or issues on having two publishers. Publishers just contain the prefix for customisation and starting integer value for option set values.
To change publisher on existing unmanaged solution,
1. Go to customization and open solution.
2. Go to information tab (above components) and change publisher.
Note: Prefix of new publisher will be applied to only new customization.

I dont think so it will create any issue if you have multiple publisher also.
You can change the publisher for solution but that will not apply on existing fields and entities.
