Hi, 

I'm running the rate route workbench and the mile= 0 and the transit time too..

Any help please!

    Thank you for your answer! the transit time engine is configured for the rating profile of the shipping carrier, here some captures for the shipping carrier

    but I don't think that the mileage, engine is configured for the rating profile of the shipping carrier, here a capture of the mileage engine, who can I linked to the shipping carrier ?

    From Transportation management > Setup > Engines > Rate engines, you need to select the rate engine and click Parameters.  You then need to define a parameter for the mileage engine.  

    For example, if you look under the P2PMileage engine that is standard, the MileageEngineCode parameter is used as an example:

    1220.0160.Capture.PNG

    If this has been added and you are still having issues, you'll need to post the metadata as success of this working is highly dependent on the data being used by the engine.
