Reserved Physical in Transit warehouse

Hello 

When I ship a Transfer order, before it's received - it creates a 'Reserved Physical' issue on the Transit warehouse. 

But my Transfer order does not have 'Reserve items automatically' toggle turned on. 

Can someone explain me the meaning of this reserved physical transaction for Transfer order shipment please?

If you could additionally refer me to a document that explains item reservations I would greatly appreciate.

    Hello

    Check the "Reserve items automatically" on the transfer line.

    Also if the checkbox of "Reserve items automatically" is checked and then unchecked it will not change the reservation, you have to delete the line and then add it again.

    Hi Indiguna,

    Between ship and receive the items being in the transit warehouse, and that's why I think you have status 'Reserved Physical' on the transit warehouse.
