How to prevent unrelated emails entering the Queue?

Hi Guys,

We have queue called "Support Queue" where incoming mail is set to support@example.com. But emails from other email id , example others@example.com is entering the queue. How to prevent it.

Hi,

From my understanding of you set the queue to a static mailbox such as support@example.com. No other emails should come into the queue apart from emails sent to support.

Hi Vignesh ,

Did you configured your maibox with same support email id?

You need to configure your mailbox with incoming email with static email.
