Product configurator issue AX2012 R3

Hi

I'm receiving the following error message when configuring models in AX2012 R3

"The value <variable> is not found in the map"

where <variable> changes dependent on model.

The error only occurs when cache is turned on from within the product configurator parameters.  I want this switched on in order to gain the benefits in performance.

Has anyone any ideas what issues might be - do I need to increase the maximum buffer size from the recommended 48kb?

 

Any suggestions welcome.

    Hi, can I ask if the error message persist after you have executed the Clear cache action in the Run group on the action pane?
