Create Journal from C# code

I am new to Dynamic AX environment. I am trying to develop a C# tool to read a csv file and create journal in AX. The csv file has all the sufficient information to create invoice journal. I do not have any idea about how to create/post journal from C# tool? What is the best way to create journal from code? (Journal and Journal Lines of a complete invoice)

    See you can create document service or custom service as per journal API. After that consume this WCF service  in VS and write C# code to pass the required value to API which will be the best way to create journal process.

    I have to expose Journal and other objects over AIF. Then, consume the service in C# and manipulate data over there. right?
