Assigning Metrics to the Homepage (for multiple company logins)

I am working for a manufacturing company integrating custom solutions into GP. There are several children manufacturing companies under the parent company I work for. So when we customize GP for each company, in this case adding metrics to the homepage for each user, the customization applies all the way across the board for all companies rather than just the one I assigned them to. I was wondering if there is a way to make it so I can add different sets of metrics for each company that the user may log in to?
