We are a small MPN partner just starting with modern marketing.

I’m nervous about launching several marketing campaigns and not having someone smarter looking over my shoulder making sure all the knobs and dials are set correctly. The stakes are too high to make an uneducated mistake and the one thing I’ve learned about DM is there are a gazillion things I can’t see or predict from where I’m standing.

If we wanted to have a pre-launch audit of our campaign setup/configuration, who specifically would you suggest I turn to?

    Hi Mktgajf,

    Could you let me know what potential problems you are concerned about when setting up campaign. (Detailed description of your problems)

    As per my understanding to pre-launch audit, you could start by creating a segment with some test contacts and send marketing email to them via customer journey.

    I'm not confident that we have things set up properly.  Yes, I can run some tests, but I'd rather have someone who knows what they're doing walk through the setup to ensure things are optimally configured for customer experience, delivery, lead scoring, analytics, etc.  I'm preparing a large campaign to 5000 people and can't afford to mess it up because I couldn't predict what I didn't know about. I'm looking for another partner or freelancer or vendor who has deep experience to conduct the audit.

    I am looking for a referral.  The partner tool doesn't list DMarketing as an option so one can't search for a partner with specializations in that SKU. One has to look up the website of every partner with a Dynamics specialization to determine if DM is part of their service offering.

    You might want to consider linkedin, Im not sure the rules of the forum, but I would assume its prohibited to solicit.  Microsoft may be able to point you to a vendor with experience as well if you contact their sales?  Do you have a partner for your CRM (Dynamics Marketing) - if they arent familiar with it they may know someone.

    You could also post some screen shots, I know thats not 100% fool proof, but its an option.

    I understand the stress, I've seen customers mess up emails going to 100k+ people and the negative feedback.
