How to crate MONTHLY Statement to email or mail on the 1st of the month

I am the AR, and I need to figure out how I send out my customers monthly statement, weather it is by email or mail?

    There is a report or maybe two different reports for customer statements. You can setup Customer Document Layouts for email addresses but emailing all the reports at once is not a standard feature. You can designate which customers you want to print statements for, if you are not doing every one, then print and email.

    Hi, I think it depends on whether the client wants paper or electronic.
    As Dallefeld mentioned, automatically sending statements to customers is not a standard feature in BC.
    There are generally two solutions. One is to use AL custom extensions.
    Another one is to use Power Automate, although not exactly the same, I hope the example below can give you some hints.
