Hi,

I'm looking for a great customer portal to see, edit and create support cases. I've been trying to find the best options out there, and I've only heard of two options - Parature (no longer available) and ADX Studio.

I'm here to ask everyone if you know any other options that are better than ADX Studio, but especially I'd like to hear any input regarding this solution. Is it a good solution? How challenging is it to implement and maintain?

Would appreciate your insight on this.

    Hi Loadstone

    Dynamics CRM online now has Portals (Formally ADX) as a feature now, There are several out of the box portals and one of them is a Customer Case Portal - i have used this with very limited customisation

    There are not many reviews about for it (look for ADX 7 reviews) but through my company i would not suggest anything else
