My company finally made the switch from GPA to Dynamics, and one of the most useful reports for us in GPA was the Detail Sales History Report which allowed you to sort by salesperson over a specified date range. It would breakdown each transaction by item and include extended price, extended cost and gross profit percentage. Dynamics does not seem to have the option to sort by salesperson and date range in the same report. Am I missing something?

Using the Sales Transaction SmartList, add the Salesperson ID and Originating Extended Cost fields, sort by Salesperson, Filter on the desired date range, export to Excel and add Gross Margin and GM % columns.
If you have SmartList Builder, you can add the GM and GM% columns to the SmartList and not have to edit the report in Excel.
