Purchase - Quote (404) not seeing the amount and balance in Navision 2018

Hi Community,

I notice that from my purchase Quote, Purchase - Quote (404). I don't see the total amount of the quote. I'm using Navision 2018. Just wondering if its suppose to be like that?

However, if its suppose to be like this, then what is the point, since a quote is meant to show amount and balance.

Hi, I confirmed in NAV2018 W1 version.
You are right, this report only contains the quantity, not the amount.

I don't know what the reason is (Maybe the purchase quotes were received from Vendor and not sent from the system?) , but if you need Amount, you need to do some customization.

Hi Josh,

I found that in version 2016 and 2018 there is no amount shown in the report 404, Only quantity, if you want may be we have to add that column as well.

Yes the balance amount is there, but in the report there is no column for that. Any way I can bring it over to the report?

Read Nitin's reply. Seems the report does not have the values. You might consider Jet Reports.
