Oksana, thanks for the feedback. Is this configurable functionality and if so where is that enabled?

    Hi Afazal,

When you close a shift in POS, POS will compare:

    1. Transactional amounts - automatically calculated based on the entered transactions (sales and not sales)
    2. Tendered amounts - amounts you entered for 'declare start amount', safe drop, bank drop, tender declaration and other tender operations.

If there is a difference between #1 and #2 - POS will notify you.

    Hi Afazal ,

Please let me know if you got the answer for the above ?

Ideally when there are difference in the amount when we did the tender declaration .
