You enter the new registration keys. You could also activate new modules but there is no upgrade tool to go from BE to AM.

I just have to enter the new registration keys? Is it like I have an old registration keys from BE and I have a new Registration key from AM? then it will upgrade the BE to AM?

There is nothing to upgrade just going from BE to AM. For example, if you were on GP 2010 SP2 BE and are going to GP 2010 SP2 AM, there is nothing to upgrade you simply enable new modules. Now if you were on GP 10 SP4 BE and going to GP 2010 SP2 AM that is a different story. Then you have to go through the normal upgrade process.

so what I am going to do is enter the new keys from AM to upgrade my modules in BE?

Maybe the way you need to think about this is that it is NOT an upgrade.   AM has more features (modules) than BE.   The AM reg keys turn on the extra features (modules) of AM.

Will it affect any data from my BE to AM?

To grow faster in business you will really need the software tool. You just need to look for the tools that have a best customization for your organization.

rjamero, it will not affect any of your existing data.  Think of it this way - the new registration keys will just enable the additional modules.  Inserting the new keys has no effect on your existing modules or any of the data in them.

    Hope this helps,
