Moving from CRM 2015 On Premise to Online

Hi 

We would like to move from crm 2015 on premise to Online, if we give database back file to Microsoft will they attach to our instance or we need to import solution and then data as well. Thanks

    I also have requirement to move from on premise to online. 

    Can you please share the steps to move from On premise 2015 to Online 2015.

    Hi

    First you need create or buy CRM  Test Instance license for online and then check all your custom code  and plugin compatible with CRM 2015 then import solution to online instance and then migrate data using Scribe or any other tools, then do the testing if any bugs after migration fix them and do same for creating production Instance. ,
