dear all
our subscription to Dynamics365 is via a partner, and i noticed that i cant create a ServiceRequest myself, instead, the microsoft website asks me to contact my partner.
now, i do have a question, if i do subscribe directly with microsoft (not via partner), does my subscription include "support"? or "Support" must be purchased separately?

Your subscription will always have some amount of support available. If you are after the fastest response times from MS you might need the premium support, but if you are happy with just being able to raise a ticket and have someone contact you within a few days then the default support should suit you fine.
