SubGrid View not scrollable in CRM Online

I notice an issue with one of the subgrids where the records data is scrollable horizontally but not along with the header row. Header row is static and unable to see all the column headings.Also when we select a record and double click it does not open in new window. It has been working all this time and notice this is an issue in Chrome and IE browsers. Works fine in Firefox though. Did anyone come across the similar issue and aware of any changes that went through which might have caused this issue..

Our CRM is with Dec 2016 updates and is an Online Instance and the Subgrid was actually mapped to a Quick View control.
