How to hide Form, Process and other links from the users

Hi All,

          How to hide Form, Process and other links from the users who are not System Administrator. how to check which role is assigned to the users and see which permission should be removed from Role to hide things mentioned in Image below.any idea ?

    Run Workflow - Remove all access of "Process" under "Customization" tab

    Start Dialog - Remove all access of "Process Session" under "Customization" tab

    Run Report - Remove all access of "Report" under "Core Records" tab

    Relationship - not able to find it. please let me know which version of crm you are using and in which entity you see this?

    2)start Dialog

    3)run report

    Hi ,

    To check the user security role you need to go to settings -> Security --> Users --> Search the Users and select the User --> In the top navigation select managed role -> In the popup window you can see the user selected role -->  Unchecked System Administrator Role , System Customizer  Role.

    By doing above you cant see the Form button.

    Secondly to hide process button  -

    Check which security role assigned to the user and then navigate to security role and open the roles and go the customization tab  and deselect below options.

    Form - Remove customization priviliege

    Process - prvActivateBusinessProcessFlow

    Workflow - prvWorkflowExecution
